This coffee blend is 100% organically grown.

The result is a high-quality organic coffee that is gently roasted in a drum roaster on beechwood.

VARIETY: ARABICA 80%, ROBUSTA 20%
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Colombia, Nicaragua, Honduras, Peru, India
TASTE: Fine dark chocolate, nougat, caramel, with elegant roasted notes and very mild acidity.

This organic espresso coffee blend combines the exceptional harmony of South and Central American Arabica coffee beans with the mild, full-bodied taste of Indian Robusta coffee beans.

The result is an elegant coffee with a perfect consistency that is very balanced on the palate. The proportion of Robusta coffee beans results in a beautiful crema when used in a portafilter espresso machine and a harmonious flavor when used in a filter or fully automatic coffee machine.

Roasted on beech wood.
Mixed after roasting.
