This coffee blend consists of 100% controlled organic cultivation.

The result is a high-quality organic coffee that is gently roasted in a drum roaster on beech wood.

VARIETY: ARABICA 80%, ROBUSTA 20%
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Colombia, Nicaragua, Honduras, Peru, India
TASTE: Fine dark chocolate, nougat, caramel, with elegant roasted notes and very mild acidity.

This organic espresso coffee blend combines the exceptional harmony of South and Central American Arabica coffee beans with the mild, full-bodied Indian Robusta coffee beans.

The result is an elegant coffee with a perfect consistency that is very balanced on the palate. The proportion of Robusta coffee beans gives a beautiful crema when making espresso in a portafilter coffee machine and a harmonious taste when making filter coffee or a fully automatic coffee machine .

Roasted on beech wood.
Mixed after roasting.
